Limited Liability Warranty

US Night Vision warrants its product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the duration of the warranty period. If the product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, the manufacturer will at its sole option repair or replace the product with a like product.
The warranty period for Generation 1 products is one year from the date of purchase by an end user. The warranty period for Generation 2 & 3 products is two years from the date of purchase by an end user. The warranty is only valid for the purchaser and is nontransferable.
The warranty does not cover any product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed. Damage, deterioration or malfunction of any product or image intensifier resulting from accident, misuse, exposure to bright light sources, exposure to sunlight, neglect, modification of the product, acts of nature, act of god, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product will result in the immediate termination of the warranty period. This warranty will be also voided if any product has been disassembled in any way.
All warranty items must have a return authorization number prior to shipment, please contact US Night Vision Corp to obtain an authorization. |
